Jim is Broker / Owner and that has held the title of top producer and President’s club member for several years at his previous company. In early 2019 Jim decided to get back to the brokerage side of the business and opened up his own shop named Mortgage Masters, which is powered by United Wholesale Lending out of Sacramento. Joey Evans is part of the team and will be his full time assistant until passing the licensing test in a few short weeks. As part of this dynamic team Jim and Joey employ their extensive knowledge and experience toward efficiently analyzing, explaining and ultimately closing their clients financing transactions on time with the highest degree of customer satisfaction. Raised in the city of Dixon, Jim holds a degree in Molecular/Cellular Biology and Chemistry from Humboldt State University.

In his free time he enjoys flipping properties with his wife and doing anything and everything outdoors. Especially when they can take their dog Duke along for their adventures.
