Very responsive, creative… went above and beyond for me. When we got the keys to our newly purchased house, we found out the prior owner had left a bunch of “junk” all over and in the attic. We called Jim to attempt to call the original realtor. Not only did Jim call the realtor for us, but after they refused to come clean it out, Jim showed up and for hours, he helped us haul all of the junk away.
