The Modar & Joey Team

While Jim Modar has been in the mortgage industry since 2005, it wasn’t until 10 years later in 2015 that he met Joey Evans, the ‘kid’ who would be his future protégé and eventually, his partner. Together, they are a dynamic duo who employ their extensive knowledge and experience towards effectively analyzing a borrower’s finances, innovatively finding solutions for unusual life circumstances, then delivering the best loan product options tailored to their client’s future goals and specific needs. They’re experts at communicating with their clients, agents, and their lenders throughout the lending process and after, by providing regular loan updates, quickly responding to questions, and offering up advice.
